Her personal Kundalini practice is a place of transformation. It has taught her a technical approach to managing her body during stressful life waves.
Kundalini Yoga helps you look inside yourself; you can actively change your interior and be your own interior designer, removing trauma and blocks. Moreover, your spine will become more flexible, and you will feel energy in your body. Also, releasing the colourful chakras removes the grey that may lurk inside.
If you think of your body as a “hotel” in which you reside, and if you find these basic kundalini movements hard, then your body is not operating at a 5* HOTEL level of vitality and high frequency.
