Are you looking at your phone right now? Stop and evaluate your posture, is your head down looking at your device? You're not alone.

What is TecNeck?

The average time spent looking at mobiles is 3 hours and 15 minutes daily, as well as checking them on average 58 times per day; TOTALLY 4-5 hours a day.

Some people spend eight or more hours using a computer each workday. After work, you may then spend another two to four hours on a home computer or your phone. TOTALLY over 10 hours a day.

The combined time spent using a screened device is highly fatiguing for your neck and body. TecNeck is any form of chronic neck or shoulder pain, soreness, or stiffness caused by poor posture while using technology, such as phones, computers, and live videoconferencing.
TecNeck also can cause issues beyond your neck and shoulders, with the extra spinal pressure in your neck can lead to mid and lower-back pain as well as headaches. Full Mayo Clinic Report
