Facecamp London® is bringing Koko Natural Anti-Aging FaceYoga and FacePosture® to the UK. Be the first to try the techniques from the masters of Japan. Both men and women can learn the skills of FaceYoga and FacePosture®, which help slow down the ageing process, release tension, and eliminate chin lines, eye-sagging, crow’s feet, and forehead frowns.
It is all-natural and non-invasive. You can get naturally glowing skin and toned facial muscles through facial yoga alone, thereby avoiding anti-ageing surgeries and other chemical interventions. FaceCamp London® offers highly effective techniques developed and taught by celebrity face yogi Koko Hayashi. Koko’s method is perfect for replacing Botox and has outstanding results when you start using your frozen facial muscles. Unlike most other face yoga methods, Koko’s techniques minimise damage to the delicate tissue in our faces. It’s not just the facial exercise we showcase but the FacePosture® Basic #1.2.3.4.5 vital points, too.
FaceCamp® London is the only certified advanced Koko FaceYoga, FacePosture® and FacePolice instructor in the UK.

Ice cold therapy is well known for the body. FaceCamp London® has identified the excellent results for the face when using cryotherapy. Eliminating puffiness, especially around the eyes, as well as soothing acne and redness. It also reduces inflammation signs of ageing, e.g., wrinkles, whilst building blood circulation to the face to help invigorate the skin. It leaves the face feeling incredibly refreshing.
FaceCamp London® uses cryotherapy as part of its morning routine.
Koko and Melanie have fun tips that are easy to integrate into your daily routine when you are applying and removing makeup.

Tsuboki incorporates dry techniques and works with organic Moringa oil to provide a complete and tailored treatment. Stimulation of as many as 50 acupressure points helps to balance energy flow in the face and head area and throughout the body.
Jade pillow is the name of an acupuncture point on the bladder meridian that starts at the inner corner of the eye on both sides, runs up the face, over the head, down the neck, back, and backs of the legs, along the outside of the foot, and ends at the little toenail on both feet.
Ridoki rollers, steel rollers used in acupressure and oriental face reflexology, may be used as part of the treatment. They have many “flat points” to stimulate pressure points and reflex areas of the face efficiently.
Techniques work with and without oil to release fascia and other tissues. Ridoki rollers and massage, along with stimulation of acupressure points, meridian stroking, and lymphatic drainage, make this a truly therapeutic and revitalising treatment.
Face mapping uses the interconnected circumstances of the body’s organs to properly balance our health.

Buccal massage is incorporated into the Facecamp® morning routine.
Buccal massage also known as an “Inner Facial, is a non-invasive facial technique that involves manipulating muscles inside the mouth to improve facial contours and promote skin health. Origins date back to 3000 BCE Asia, A buccal massage focuses on the buccal pad—a pouch of fat tissue that sits between the cheekbone and jaw. The massage releases tightness and allowing blood flow within the facial muscles surrounding the pad and manually drains lymphatic fluid to give a temporarily more contoured and chiselled appearance. The massage works on the muscles, helping to smooth them out and relax the tension held in the Masseter and the Zygomaticus Major and Minor muscles.
