SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

At FaceCamp London, we have chosen NOT to use Social Media platforms such as Instagram or Facebook. Recent studies in Psychology have shown the use of social media significantly impacts mental health. It can enhance connection, increase self-esteem, and improve a sense of belonging. But it can also lead to tremendous stress, pressure to compare oneself to others, and taking selfies makes us obsessively focus on faces, we find this unhealthy approach and it can increased sadness and isolation. Mindful use is essential to social media consumption. Authentic natural Faces with expression looks 100% more confident and attractive compared artificial Robot Faces.
